We’re looking for 6–10 talented bakers to compete in our Strawberry Shortcake Bake-Off at this year’s Spring Market!

This is your chance to:

  • Show off your signature recipe

  • Have your shortcake served to a crowd of local dessert lovers

  • Compete for the title of Best Strawberry Shortcake in the Upstate

  • Take home a cash prize ($100)

All entries will be blind judged by event attendees, making this a true crowd favorite competition.

You’ll provide sample tastings (we’ll handle the serving and setup), and we’ll take care of the rest—just bring your best bake and your competitive spirit.
