    ATTENTION: Our goal is to have 70+ vendors participate. We ask that our vendors make a $60 donation to LTBM, plus one item to be used in our raffle (these items can be dropped off at our office by April 1; vendors with perishable items should be donate their item in the form of a gift certificate). Vendors will be preassigned a 12 X 12 spot (you are responsible for your own tables, tent, etc). We will limit like vendors, so please provide a good description of what you sell. If for any reason you are not granted a spot in this year's event, you will receive a full refund. Vendors will be able to start setting up at 7AM. We ask that you are set by 9AM - this will allow you each time to shop and relax before the event begins at 10AM.

    If you are not selected to participate as a vendor, we will issue you a full refund. However, if you are selected and choose not to participate, refunds will not be issued.

    Date: Saturday, April 18th, 2026 **Rain policy: in the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to move the event to an indoor location. Time: 10:00AM - 2:00PM Location: Methodist Church of Simpsonville (aka Simpsonville United Methodist), Main Street Simpsonville Vendor Fee: $60 donation to Let There Be Mom Application Deadline: Tuesday, January 13th (keep in mind they are evaluated on a first come first serve basis) * All spaces will be a 12 X 12 * There will be no power supply * Bathrooms will be available in the church. * You must stay for the duration of the event. * Set-up begins at 7AM. Your station/booth must be set-up by 9AM. * Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the event, applications will be reviewed in order of submission to ensure we have a variety of vendors. * Refunds will only be issued if you are not selected as a vendor. * Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, etc. * No tents larger than 10x10. * You must remain within the space assigned to you. * The City of Simpsonville, requires vendors to have a day of license ($25)
